2 police cars damaged after illegal car meetup in Northeast Philadelphia
Philadelphia Police said two people are facing charges after dozens of cars gathered near Torresdale and Adams avenues in the city's Frankford section over the weekend. Police said while breaking up the crowd, a patrol car was hit by a 19-year-old driver trying to leave the area and a second patrol vehicle was damaged after someone threw a bottle at the hood of the car.
