2 more arrested in connection with illegal Philadelphia car meetups
Police say they've made a significant arrest in the case of dangerous car meetups that brought chaos to Philadelphia streets.
A 21-year-old was taken into custody in Bucks County. Investigators said he's a key organizer of the illegal meetups.
