2 men arrested after bystander shot on SEPTA's Broad Street Line
Police say they have arrested in connection with a shooting at a subway station last month. It happened just before 9 p.m. at Broad Street and Hunting Park on Feb. 24. Police say there was a robbery on a train involving a victim and three other men.
