This is happening on the 5600 block of Locust Street. CBS Philadelphia is told a 33-year-old man was shot in the shoulder before the crash and is now in critical condition.
All of the victims were placed in stable condition.
The shooting happened on the 5500 block of Market Street just after 7 p.m.
Police arrived on the scene and found a man in a vehicle shot multiple times.
The driver was found by police and is facing charges.
The shooting occurred within seconds of a traffic stop.

Police arrived at the scene at 40th and Market Streets just before 9:30 p.m. Friday.
Police say two officers were injured in the crash.
Philadelphia police said one officer and one civilian were taken to the hospital.
Police have not yet said if they have made any arrests
