Police identify the man struck and killed by a septa bus in South Philadelphia. It happened as the bus driver turned from Front Street onto Washington Avenue Friday night. Investigators say 35-year-old Michael Spooner was dragged under the bus and pronounced dead at the scene. The bus also struck Spooner's 29-year-old wife. She is in stable condition.
