State Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin and her sister, Janine Orie, were convicted of theft of services and conspiracy for allegedly using Melvin's judicial staff – and legislative staffers of another sister, former Republican state Senator Jane Orie – to campaign for Melvin.
