The 14-year-old was taken to Lankenau Hospital and officials say there are no arrests at this time and no weapons were recovered.
The shooting took place on the 1100 block of Marlyn Road in Overbrook.
The shooting happened just before 8:30 a.m. at 61st and Jefferson Streets.
CBS3 has been told three of the four students who were shot are out of the hospital.
