The Franklin County Coroner's Office said a 39-year-old woman died Saturday and that she had several underlying conditions, including a past diagnosis of measles with treatment.
Possible measles exposures happened at two CVS stores and a Giant supermarket in Chester County as the outbreak grows in Pennsylvania.
