An innocent bystander is fighting for her life after being shot in an apparent road rage incident in Kensington Friday morning. According to police, the 27-year-old woman said she was walking on Indiana Avenue near E Street when a stray bullet hit her. Police say the motive for the shootout between two drivers appears to be road rage. Both shooters are in custody.
