Two firefighters were injured in this fire in Coplay, Lehigh County Wednesday night. The two-story twin residence on the 800 block of Catherine Drive caught fire just before 8 p.m. The fire started on the rear deck of the residence and even jumped to the adjoining home. The injured firefighters were treated and released. The cause is under investigation.
Firefighters are getting the upper hand on this wildfire that's burning in Evesham Township, Burlington County. The fire started Wednesday afternoon in the area of Sycamore Avenue. We're told the 40-acre fire is now about 90% contained and no homes are in danger. The cause is under investigation.
