Your Philly Grammy Awards Guide
The 56th Annual Grammy Awards take place Sunday, January 26th. Song of the year, best gospel song, and best R&B song are just a few of the categories represented by the Delaware Valley in this year's awards.
Rapper Jay-Z received the most nominations with nine. Justin Timberlake, Kendrick Lamar, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Pharrell Williams all got seven nominations. Pharrell Williams is nominated twice for both Album of the Year and Record of the Year.
Grammy performers include Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, John Legend, Lorde, Taylor Swift, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kendrick Lamar, Robin Thicke and Katy Perry. Sara Bareilles will sing with Carole King, while Stevie Wonder, Daft Punk, Nile Rodgers and Pharrell will perform together.
The Grammys will air live on CBS from the Staples Center.
