Young Girl Among 3 Injured In West Philadelphia House Fire
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Three people, including a young child, were taken to the hospital after a house fire in West Philadelphia early Tuesday morning.
The fire started at about 3:45 a.m. inside a home in the 300 block of N. Edgewood Street near 60th and Callowhill Streets.
According to fire officials, a 28-year-old male, a 23-year-old female and a two-year-old female were taken to the hospital for difficulty breathing/smoke inhalation. The adults were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the child was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
