Woman Sought In Theft Of Donation Jar In Stone Harbor
STONE HARBOR, NJ (CBS) -- Police in a popular shore town are searching for the thief who was caught on surveillance tape stealing a donation jar from a convenience store counter.
The heartless crime happened at about 2:15 p.m. October 22 inside a Wawa located at Third Avenue and 94th Street in Stone Harbor.
The female suspect is seen on the store's surveillance tape purchasing several items before grabbing the donation jar and walking out of the store.
The donation jar was intended for a family who lost nearly all of their possessions in a fire earlier this month. It was not immediately known how much money was in the jar.
So far, no arrests have been made.
