Woman Critically Injured In 1-Car Crash In Rhawnhurst

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A woman is in critical condition after crashing her car into a tree in Northeast Philadelphia late Sunday evening.
The one-car crash happened at about 11:30 p.m. on Bustleton Avenue near Strahle Street in the city's Rhawnhurst section.
According to investigators, a 30-year-old woman driving a Jeep Cherokee lost control of the car and slammed into a car.
Authorities say witnesses reported the woman was speeding and driving without her lights on before the crash.
The unidentified woman was rushed to Aria Health's Torresdale Hospital where she is listed in critical condition.
The crash remains under police investigation.
