With New Season, Philadelphia Eagles Usher In New Stadium Menu Items

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- As the Eagles prepare for their home opener against Baltimore, roast raven is not the only thing fans can hope for.
Between food giant Aramark and local partners like Chickie's and Pete's, and Melt Down Grilled Cheese, there's going to be an even wider array of food at home games this year.

Aramark has partnered with "Top Chef" winner Kevin Sbraga for something he calls the "Sloppy José" (center photo above).
Sbraga (right) describes it as "ground short rib, ground chorizo, cooked down with a little bit of cinnamon, coriander, and cumin. We spice it up that way and serve it with a jalapeño slaw. It is sloppy, but it's the kind of thing you want to eat on game day," he says.
Aramark is offering the "Pass Interference" sandwich: roasted pork with arugula, fontina cheese, and garlic jus; and "Italian Market" nachos (left photo at top), with sausage and cheese sauces as well as ricotta and, yes, more jalapeños.
There's also a lot of new Birds' merchandise, thanks to a deal with Nike.
