OCEAN CITY, N.J., (CBS) -- The winter weather -- just won't go away.
"I love winter just not in March and April," Tom Cook of Furlong, Bucks County said.

Teased by warmer weather just this past weekend, Tuesday's wintery blast served as a slap in the face to many who have had their fill of snow.
"I do tree work on power lines and this has just been a horrible winter," Brian Earle of Ocean City said.
"Hopefully it's the last snowstorm," Jenifer Martin of Ocean City added.
That has been said before, but it's worth repeating for those dreaming of sunny summer weather.
"I can't wait for Memorial Day weekend. I'm hoping the snow is gone by then," Marcella Haddon of Ocean City said.
Landscaper Tom Cook says normally this time of year he is busy booking business.
"I should be making money. Do you know what I'm doing? I'm not making money," he said.
But for others the opposite is true.
"We plow so we're making money," private contractor Brenda Sorensen said.
It was picture time Tuesday night on the Ocean City boardwalk.
Girls from outside Birmingham, Alabama who are visiting family in the area saw the snow as something to celebrate.
"I've never seen this much snow before," Allison Sims of Alabama said.
