WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) -- Government and community organizations are helping those forced out of their homes after the Brandywine Creek spilled over its banks.
City officials have launched a crisis clean-up hotline to help out residents.
The hotline will dispatch volunteers to help residents cut downed trees, remove drywall, tarp roofs and mold mitigations. The hotline number is 844-965-1386.
