What's Cooking On 1060: Steak Flights, Bastille Day, And Frozen Yogurt on Wheels
By Hadas Kuznits
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- You can catch the new "Gozen Yogurt" truck in Love Park and on the campus of Drexel University. Joe Cohen explains that Gozen means "go" plus "frozen."
"Basically, we're a portable yogurt store on the go," he tells KYW Newsradio. And he says it was a natural evolution.
"My partner Mike and I wanted to do a yogurt shop. We looked at a ton of locations and we just thought there was (already) a lot of it going on. And we always were interested in food trucks and street food in general, and we thought if we could bring yogurt to the truck it would really be cool."
Now, Cohen says, they have the first self-serve frozen yogurt truck in the country!

Meanwhile, Chef Jeff Froehler at Barclay Prime, at 18th and Rittenhouse Square, says they are offering "steak flights," which are like wine flights but with steak.
-----
"It's an opportunity to taste different ways that a same piece of meat is done. So you have your wet aged, you have your dry aged, and then you have the ultimate, which is the kobe. And you can really taste the difference as you go through the cuts."

On Saturday, July 14th, the Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia holds its annual Bastille Day celebration.
Terry Berch McNally, of London Grill and Paris Wine Bar, began the event 18 years ago because of her love of the culinary arts.
-----
"The very first restaurant was in France," McNally explains, "so we toast the toast for the French -- absolutely!"
