PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- David Ralic of Ralic's Steakhouse (top photo) is rolling out his "The Weight Is Over" menu at his Haddonfield, NJ restaurant, inspired by his recent weight loss surgery and his personal need for smaller, nutritionally balanced, moist meals.
"My surgeon says they do thousands and thousands of surgeries just in New Jersey alone," he tells KYW Newsradio. "Who knows, across the country, how many people have been needing this option?"

Over in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, the Shake Shack has opened on the corner of 20th and Sansom Streets.

"Well, this is our fifteenth Shake Shack," notes owner Danny Meyer. "That's if you include three seasonal Shacks we have in sports facilities. I think it's fair to say it's an international brand, because we've got two in the Middle East -- one in Dubai and one in Kuwait City."
