What's Cooking on 1060: Chocolate Fundraiser, Riceless Sushi, and Easy Party Tips

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The "Kennett Chocolate Lovers Festival" is a chocolate competition fundraiser for the United Way of Southern Chester County.
"Chocolate, I have learned, is something that people really relate to," says Anne Coleman, director of campaign development (top photo). "They're passionate. And the entries are just incredible! We have a lot of entries coming in from both restaurants and amateurs."

For those looking for something healthy this week, Chef Zama Tanaka of Zama restaurant, 128 South 19th Street, near Rittenhouse Square, is now offering carb-free sushi!
"We come up with different fish wrapped with the different types of vegetables," he explains, "and make it look like a roll but not using rice. For example, using a red tuna wrapped with the white Japanese radish."

And Del Frisco's regional chef Shawn Quinn (below) has tips for your Super Bowl watch party this Sunday.
"Something you can do ahead of time is always a great tip," he notes. "You want to do maybe a pork shoulder, that you can roast in the oven, so you can always walk away from it. And it's something easy. Some dips and chips or, for the healthier people who want to do something like hummus, or you can do something with steak. You can always throw it on the grill. It's something quick and easy that you can marinade ahead of time and watch the game!"
