PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Rob Wasserman of The St. James in Suburban Square (who also owns Rouge) and his business partner Michael Shulson of Sampan headed out to the suburbs for this American Bistro in Ardmore opening Tuesday:
"From the chicken wings to American Burgers to pasta dishes," Wasserman says.
And they paid attention to details, especially around the bar:
"It's not even just the purse hooks, we have plugs four your phone underneath," he says. "Just from Rouge and from Sampan, you're always getting people asking if they can plug in their phone. So this time, we got smart about it."

The inaugural King of Prussia Beerfest Royale takes place this weekend in the King of Prussia Mall parking lot. Corey Krejcik, with Rolling Barrel Events, says proceeds benefit the local Business Improvement District.
"We have two major tents being constructed, and a plaza area that will create a small village-like atmosphere," Krejcik (right) explains. " So the beer's underneath the tents and then in the plaza, people will have the ability to try different foods provided by the different area restaurants."
The entrance fee includes all beer tastings; the food is pay-as-you-go.

Meanwhile, "Iron Chef" José Garces has released his second cookbook, this one titled The Latin Road Home.
"It's more of my story," he admits, "and really stripping down some of the more advanced techniques that we brought forth in Latin Evolution, to bring you more traditional dishes, recipes, and the countries that inspired my Latin cooking."
