PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Brad Helder is with Bottle Bar East, located at 1308 Frankford Avenue in Fishtown.

In Northern Liberties, PYT owner Tommy Up turns his back room at the Piazza into a separate cocktail bar called Emmanuelle.
.
"We were lucky enough to work with Katie Loeb, she's a very well known mixology expert, drink author," Up says. "She put together our menu. Very heavy French accents on it, a whole list of champagne cocktails, really deep in aperitifs, cook takes on the classics."

And for those of you with a turkey hangover, Richie Furino of Del Friscos explains what to do with your leftovers.
.
"We'll start when you wake up! Turkey benedict," Furino says. "Take an English muffin just as you would eggs benedict and put a little of the stuffing down, a little bit of the cranberries, and then we put the poached egg on top and then the turkey gravy that's left over replaces the hollandaise."
