PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The annual Rittenhouse Row Spring Festival takes place on Saturday, May 18th. Corie Moskow (below right), executive director of Rittenhouse Row, talks about the food, the drinks, and the entertainment that will draw about 65,000 people.
"We shut down Walnut Street (from Broad to 19th, and 18th Street between Locust and Sansom)," Moskow tells What's Cooking, "and we have all of the Rittenhouse Row restaurants outside selling affordably priced samples of their high-end cuisine."

Meanwhile, the eighth annual Trenton Avenue Arts Festival in Kensington will be showcasing food and art on Saturday, May 18th.
Festival coordinator Justin Russell says this year will be their biggest yet.
----
"We're getting a lot of attention from these West Philly and center city and Old City food trucks that normally wouldn't have paid two cents to Kensington," says Russell, "so we're really getting more draw of some of these really well known vendors."

Aaaand... the Ninth Street Italian Market Festival takes place May 18th and 19th, between Federal and Fitzwater Streets!
Domenick Crimi, general manager of Capuccio's Meats, says this street food festival was started by his father in the 1970s.
-----
"Traffic is shut down completely on Ninth Street," Crimi tells What's Cooking. "There's live stages. It's a great time for people to just stroll the street, see the different vendors. Come hungry, bring a few dollars to spend, and you won't be disappointed!"
