PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and Outta SITE - WhatsApp Messenger.
You've got an iPhone. Your friends have Android. That doesn't stop you from sending text messages, but every time you do so, you risk increasing your bill. WhatsApp Messenger acts as a go-between, letting you chat with friends, send pictures or video or have group conversations without increasing your SMS charges.
