What Will Eagles Do At #4?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – After months and months of endless speculation and mock drafts, the NFL Draft finally starts for real on Thursday night.
As a result of their brutal 4-12 season in 2012, the Eagles hold the #4 overall pick. This will be their highest overall selection since the 1999 Draft when the Eagles selected #2 and took quarterback Donovan McNabb out of Syracuse.
The last time the Eagles picked 4th in the first round was 1984, when they selected WR Kenny Jackson out of Penn State. Jackson spent seven seasons (two separate stints) with the Eagles, catching 122 passes (11 touchdowns).
The Eagles have nine picks total in this year's draft, one in each of the first five rounds and then four picks in the seventh round.
So what will the Eagles do at #4? You could ask four different people and get six different answers. This year's draft field seems to be even more wide open than usual and many seem to think the Eagles are likely to trade that #4 pick.
The NFL Draft is now a three-day event. The first-round in Thursday night. The second and third rounds are on Friday night, and then the final four rounds take place on Saturday.
