Water Main Break Causing Problems In Northeast Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A water main break is causing problems in Northeast Philadelphia. The main broke around 2 a.m. Thursday near Frontenac Street and Unruh Avenue in Oxford Circle.

Water could be seen flowing down the street until the water department came and shut it off. It's unclear if any customers were affected by the shutoff.
No word on when the water main will be repaired.
