PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Some are saying this is some Grand Theft Auto type stuff.
Philadelphia 76ers rookie center Jahlil Okafor was reportedly caught speeding over the Ben Franklin bridge back in October. On Monday, TMZ released video footage of Okafor going 108 miles per hour.

Okafor, 20, was fined $439 for the incident, according to reports.
