RADNOR, Pa. (CBS) -- Radnor Township police have issued a warrant for a former guidance counselor at the Valley Forge Military Academy. She was fired last month for allegations of inappropriate behavior and is now facing charges that she gave alcohol to three underage cadets and even had sexual contact with another.
30-year-old Symantha Hicks of Horsham, was fired by the Valley Forge Military Academy after she allegedly gave alcohol to underage cadets last month.
After an investigation by Radnor Township Police, authorities now say Hicks also had sexual contact with a 16-year-old cadet.
Investigators say Hicks and the 16-year-old male were alone in her office in October when she initiated the sexual contact.
The cadet also told police that Hicks texted him a few weeks later, inviting him to her room as she stayed on campus for a night. The cadet says he did not go.
Authorities say three 17-year-old cadets told police Hicks gave them alcohol in her office and off campus.
Hicks is being charged with unlawful contact and corruption of minors, and also providing them with alcohol.
