Villanova Stomps Temple 85-62 To Remain Unbeaten
VILLANOVA, Pa. (AP) — Josh Hart and Darrun Hilliard each scored 20 points to lead No. 7 Villanova to an 85-62 win over Temple on Sunday.
The Wildcats are 10-0 for the second straight year and have won all three games against their Philadelphia rivals. They started 11-0 last season before losing to Syracuse. Up next for the Wildcats, another date with the Orange.
Hart and Hilliard became the first Wildcats to score 20 points this season. Both players made 6 of 7 shots from the field with three 3-pointers.
Quenton DeCosey led the Owls (6-4) with 18 points.
