VIDEO: Police Seek Suspect In Feltonville Shooting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—The Philadelphia Police Department is looking to identify the suspect in a robbery and shooting in Feltonville.
The incident occurred on October 18th at 9:40 p.m. outside El Pueblo Bar on Thelma Street and Whitaker Avenue. The suspect was captured on surveillance video exiting the rear passenger side of a silver or tan sedan vehicle and approaching the victim with a handgun pointing at him demanding money.
When the victim began struggling with the suspect, the suspect shot him in his forearm and right thigh.

After a failed robbery attempt, the suspect ran west on Thelma Street, entered his vehicle and fled the scene.
He was last spotted south on D Street.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 25 years-of-age, 5'5", dark colored hooded jacket, dark colored jeans, with a mustache/goatee, red baseball cap under hood and armed with a handgun.
