VIDEO: Armed Suspect Steals iPad From Germantown Electronics Store
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for an armed suspect who was caught on tape stealing an iPad from an electronics store.
The incident happened at about 11:20 a.m. on July 14th at the GameStop electronics store in the 5300 block of Chew Avenue in the city's East Germantown section.

According to investigators, the suspect initially entered the store and inquired about an iPad. After confirming that the iPad was in stock, the suspect told an employee he would return with the money to purchase the item.
Approximately five minutes later, the suspect returned and during the transaction, the suspect pulled out a handgun and demanded the iPad. After taking the iPad, the suspect ran out of the store.
The suspect is described as a black male, in his late teens to early 20s, 5'10", with a thin build and dark complexion. He had a thin mustache and goatee. He was wearing a red baseball cap with a logo on the front, a royal blue Nike t-shirt, with blue denim shorts and white socks pulled up to his knees with a dark colored stripe down the back.
