Victim Robbed With Knife Outside Mayfair 7-Eleven
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are searching for two suspects who used a knife to rob a man outside a convenience store in Northeast Philadelphia.
The robbery happened at about 2:42 a.m. on April 26th outside the 7-Eleven located in the 2900 block of Cottman Avenue at Brous Street in Mayfair.
Police say the victim parked his car and entered the store to purchase a few items. While inside, a car with two suspects inside pulled into the parking lot near the victim's mini-van. One of the suspects got out of the car and opened the victim's driver side door and searched the car.
Moments later, the victim left the store and was attempting to enter his car when the suspect who had just searched his car approached him. The suspect pulled out a knife and put it against the victim's throat and demanded his property, which he dropped on the ground.
The suspect picked up everything the victim dropped and got back into the getaway car. The car is described as a red or burgundy small to medium-sized car with a Pennsylvania license plate number HSS-7257.

The first suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 26-years-old, approximately 5'10" and 160 lbs. He was wearing a gray t-shirt with "MOORES INLET" on the front, gray sneakers, jeans and a black baseball cap. This suspect was armed with the knife.
The second suspect is described as a white male, 25 to 26-years-old, approximately 5'10" and 160 lbs. with dark brown hair and a slight beard. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and blue sneakers.
