Vehicle Overturns On Roosevelt Boulevard In Oxford Circle
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Crews are investigating after a vehicle overturned on the Roosevelt Boulevard at Devereaux Street in the Oxford Circle section of the city.
Chopper 3 over the scene shows the vehicle blocking several lanes of traffic.

Officials say three people have been taken to Torresdale Hospital.
No word on their conditions.
