University Of Penn Announces Students To Return To In-Person Instruction This Fall
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The University of Pennsylvania will return to in-person instruction in the fall. University President Amy Gutmann made the announcement Tuesday.
In making the decision Penn cited the widespread distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine and the projections of more ample supply in the several months ahead.
Penn also says they have established many safeguards on campus
