Union Ready for Visit To Galaxy
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Philadelphia Union will put their 2-0 record on the line Saturday night as they visit the always-tough LA Galaxy.
Union have notched back-to-back shutouts to start the season, beating both Houston and Vancouver by 1-0 scores.
Defender Jordan Harvey said life is much different from a season ago, when Philadelphia didn't win it's second match until May 29th and didn't earn its first MLS shutout until September.

"We've had some key additions to our team and I think there is a really good understanding throughout the core of the whole team defensively. Organization is great. And the back four is very cohesive right now, we have a good chemistry going," Harvey told KYW Newsradio.
Harvey said the addition of veteran goaltender Faryd Mondragon has also made a huge impact on the team, "He has so much confidence and so much experience that it kind of just rubs off on us. And you see that in the first two games. He controls the game back there and it helps us in the back four, we let up some shots and he's right there to save them."
Los Angeles is 1-1-1 in the early going and Harvey said they present problems, "Obviously they have a lot of firepower with Landon Donovan, (Chad) Barrett now there, and Juan Pablo Angel and (David) Beckham. We just have to limit their set pieces and just do what we've been doing and limit their opportunities. It's really about disrupting their attack and trying to get our offense gelling."
Union will be trying for the first three-match winning streak in franchise history Saturday night in Los Angeles.
