Two Delaware Men Arrested In Robbery Of Bank Customer
CLAYMONT, Del. (AP) — Delaware state police say two more men have been arrested in connection with the robbery of a bank customer in Claymont.
Police say Jeffrey Cook and Sidney H. Malloy, both of Wilmington, were arrested in connection with the August 14 robbery of a woman outside an M&T Bank.
Police say Cook and Malloy drove another man to the area where the robbery was to occur and then fled after it was botched. The other man, identified as Terron K. Williams, was arrested at the scene.
The 55-year-Cook was charged with robbery and conspiracy and released on bond. Malloy was being held on $62,000 cash bond on the same charges.
A man who identified himself as Malloy's father declined to comment Saturday. No phone number for Cook could immediately be found.
