PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Phillies may have been out of town this weekend, but Citizens Bank was still rockin' as Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band played the first of two shows Sunday night in front of tens of thousands of fans.
The show was Springsteen's first at Citizens Bank Park, which made the 62-year-old New Jersey native the first musician to ever play at every major venue Philadelphia has to offer. The show proved to be a hit with the tens of thousands of fans in the crowd.

"The audience was incredible. They know all the songs and all the words. He really captures the audience," one person said.
"I don't know where he gets the pipes. I don't know where he gets the stamina," another said.
Some fans brought their kids along for the show to introduce a younger generation to an icon of rock and roll.
"We've been to a few concerts, but this is our first time with the kids," a concert-goer said.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will play another concert at Citizens Bank Park Monday at 7:30 p.m.
