Trial Ordered For Pair In Murder-Dismemberment of NE Phila. Man

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Two people, an alleged prostitute and her pimp, have been ordered to stand trial on second-degree murder and other charges.
Cooperating co-defendant Stephanie Foulke has testified to the ultimate robbery gone bad, ending in butchery.
She says her pimp, Keith Tolbert, set up a robbery of her client, Frank Zarzycki, and there was a struggle.
"It resulted in an unspeakable tragedy, a set of facts, unfortunately, a Hollywood writer couldn't come up with," says prosecutor Brian Zarallo.
Foulke says she tasered the victim, and she and co-defendant Angel Weston helped tape him up. Then he stopped moving.
Zarzycki was dead, and Foulke says they panicked. She testified that Tolbert tried unsuccessfully for five minutes to revive the victim with mouth-to-mouth and CPR.
Then, Foulke says, Tolbert said he would take care of it. She and the other woman, whom she only knew as "Laidback," left the scene. But later, Foulke testified, Tolbert told them he cut up the body and dumped the parts in a river (see related story).
The torso was later found in the Schuylkill (another related story). The rest of the victim's body has not been found.
The defense has challenged the witness's credibility, and Tolbert will plead not guilty. The attorney for Weston says her involvement was minimal and she is hoping for a plea deal.
