I-95 Lanes Reopened After Truck Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Icy roads have made for dangerous conditions on I-95.
Around 8 a.m. on Saturday, a tractor trailer traveling northbound on I-95 near Washington Avenue in South Philadelphia lost control and jack-knifed.
Except for the two left lanes, the road was closed while the truck was removed. Around 9:45 a.m., all lanes re-opened.
