Tractor Trailer Fire In Delaware County Shuts Down Parts Of I-476
BROOMALL, Pa. (CBS) - Authorities are investigating a tractor trailer fire which shut down parts of Interstate 476 in Delaware County.
A little before 6 p.m., fire officials were called out to I-476 between Routes 1 and 3 in Broomall after a tractor trailer became engulfed in flames.
There is no word on what caused the fire, but crews contained it about 15 minutes later. All southbound lanes of the interstate near routes 1 and 3 were closed until about 8 p.m., according to police.
There is no word on the driver's condition at this time.
