Tow Truck Driver Shot By Another in Hunting Park
One tow truck driver has been shot and wounded in an apparent dispute between two rival tow truck operators this morning in the Hunting Park section of the city.
KYW's Ian Bush reports that the hunt continues for the gunman.
The shooting happened just before 10:30am at the scene of a crash at Whitaker and Hunting Park Avenues (below).
Police say tow truck drivers from competing companies were arguing over who would provide service when one of them pulled a gun and shot the other in the hip.
The victim drove himself to the 24th District police station and was taken from there to Temple University Hospital. He was listed in stable condition.
