If you want a unique theater experience in a Victorian-era setting, then the Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion is the place to go. Built in 1859 in Germantown, the Victorian Mansion resides in what is known as the Tulpehocken Historic District and is the only house museum that focuses on the Victorian period in Philadelphia. The Mansion hosts the murder-mystery "The Borden Tragedy," where guests travel from room to room to interact with actors, find clues and murder weapons and try to solve the murder by sleuthing who killed Lizzy's parents. Can you solve the 120-year-old mystery? Come out for a try.

It seems that a curator of the museum has been murdered, and the murderer has left clues that are connected with secrets in works of art. This is a "sordid tale of greed, lust, pride, revenge and treachery, all revolving around the museum's planned multi-million-dollar purchase of a Leonardo da Vinci painting." Watson Adventures suggests you work in a team of at least three in order to solve this complex crime as you unravel the clues to discover whodunit.

Fisher's Tudor House began as a seafood house in 1961 and has evolved into a premiere location for various types of events.  Fisher's has been hosting dinner-theater events for quite some time. The dinner-and-a-murder shows are regularly performed by Without a Cue, who have been producing murder mysteries since 2002. Located in Bensalem, Fisher's is easy to find at the corner of Hulmeville and Street Roads. With a covered parking garage, Fisher's is a great place to dine and experience a show.
