Top HS Basketball Players Show Off Skills For Scouts At Phila. University
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia University is the place to be this week for basketball fans as the Reebok Breakout Challenge brings about 100 high level high school players to town.
Reebok has held summer basketball camps at Philadelphia University many times over the last several years and some great players have come through, like Washington Wizards phenom John Wall. He actually used his time at Philly U in 2007 to burst onto the radar of coaches and scouts.

Brian Lee, head of global basketball for Reebok, says Wall will be very involved in this camp, and his story has moved them to focus on hidden gems this year, "That's the unique thing about this camp. It's not about all five-on-five play. It's not about all these All-Americans in one hub. It's about giving the opportunity to see who is the next person who's going to actually break out like John did in 2007."
Players will arrive today and the camp will start on the court at the Gallagher Center tomorrow and run through Saturday, with games throughout each day. The camp is open to the public, with tickets available at the door.
