Ropes of dough are stretched and looped to form delicate strands that are used in stir fry and soup. Soups all start with a clear broth made with chicken, beef and a mixture of ginger, cilantro, pickled cabbage and star anise. After that, you pick what else goes in. The house-special meatballs and beef brisket are two favorites. Chef Shizhou Da and her daughter Sally use a family recipe that originated in China and has been passed down through five generations. With a big focus on healthier choices, the menu includes a wide range of lighter fare along with fried favorites.
