Top 10 Best 3-Point Shooters Of All-Time
Mike Miller has agreed to a two-year, $5.5 million contract to play along side LeBron James once again. The strategy behind it all is to surround big stars with sharp shooting talent to knock down big three pointers in tough spots. These are shooters that other teams regret leaving open. Here is my list of the best 3-point shooters of all time.
10. Tim Legler
Tim Legler made this list because of his ridiculous 1995-96 season where he shot 52.2% from the 3-point line. He also won the 1997 AT&T Three Point Contest.
9. Kyle Korver
With 3,459 3-pointers attempted, Kyle Korver has the 11th best 3-point percentage of all-time with 42.5%. He is second of all-time in 3-point percentage among shooter with over 3,500 3-pointers attempted. He holds the NBA record for consecutive games with a 3-pointer with 127 games.
8. Dirk Nowitzki
10th all time in points in the NBA, Dirk Nowitzki has been a star for a long time. The 12 time All Star has a career 38.3% 3-point percentage in 3,843 attempts. He recently resigned with the Mavericks for a three year, $25 million deal.
7. Glen Rice
The three time All Star and a member of the 2000 NBA Champion Los Angeles Lakers, Glen Rice could really shoot. He led the league in 3-point percentage in the 1996-97 season. He is a career 40% 3-point shooter in 3,896 attempts.
6. Steve Nash
This versatile 3-point and assist machine has a 42.8% career 3-point percentage in 3,939 attempts. Among all players with over 3,500 attempts, he ranks first in 3-point percentage.

3. Larry Bird
Larry Legend is one of the best players of all time. The numbers may not show how great of a three point shooter he was, but he was a clutch shooter and could knock down a tough three.
2. Reggie Miller
It's very tough to place Reggie Miller and Larry Bird on this list. They are interchangeable on most lists but I put Miller ahead because he has the numbers. He's made 6,486 3-pointers in his career at 39.5% from the 3-point line.
1. Ray Allen
Ray Allen is the best 3-point shooter of all time. There is no doubt about it. He has made the most 3-pointers in NBA history with 2,973 and has a career 3-point percentage of 40%. He has yet to decide what he's going to do this upcoming season, but whatever he does, he'll still go down as the best 3-point shooter of all-time.
