Three Wounded In Shooting At Chinese Food Store In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say an early morning shooting put three men in the hospital.
It happened inside a Chinese Food Store on 5th and Cumberland Streets in North Philadelphia.
Police believe three suspects used a semi-automatic handgun to fire at least 15 rounds inside.
Officers were on patrol around 12:45 Tuesday morning when they heard shots ring out.
They found a 19 year old suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and a 20 year old who suffered a gunshot wound to the hand.
Both men were transported to Temple University Hospital where police say, they were listed in stable condition.
The third shooting victim, a man in his mid 20's, also suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
Police say he is listed in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.
Based on ballistic evidence inside the Chinese Food Store, police believe a semi-automatic handgun was used.
"The Chinese food store take out area is a very, very small area where these three individuals were shot," said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small, "Fortunately we did find private surveillance cameras, and these cameras did record the entire incident."
Police are now reviewing the evidence and say it appears the shooting started as an attempted robbery.
Authorities also believe there were three suspects involved in the shooting.
Based on the video, one of the shooting victims, police say, may also be a shooting suspect.
