Three Red Light Cameras Go Live in Gloucester Twp.

KYW's Pat Loeb reports red light cameras go into active duty, today at three intersections.
Captain Jeff Weiserth says Gloucester Township police have been issuing warnings for the last month but now they'll be mailing real tickets -- with a real $85 fin e-- to drivers snapped while going through a red light at Erial Road, Little Gloucester Road or Cherrywood Drive:
"We found that there was a high rate of violations at those intersections."
Weiserth says the cameras can capture just about every car that runs those lights. He says safety is the goal.
