PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and Outta SITE – Vine App.
Twitter's micro-video site has taken off big time – and Vine has proven to be a new way to communicate on social media. There's a lot of creativity in the six-second films but, unfortunately, as with most things in social media, there are a lot of danger zones for kids.
It's much too easy for young ones to find offensive content using this app. But adults who accept the risk of what they might stumble across should have a blast with it.
