Swartz & Culleton PC

The Penn State child sex abuse scandal has brought the issue of abuse to the forefront. It is something that often remains a secret because the victim is frightened.

Last Wednesday, the first lawsuit was filed. A 29-year-old man says he was abused by former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky more than 100 times and then Sandusky threatened him to keep quiet.

The targets of the lawsuit are Sandusky, Penn State, and Sandusky's charity, The Second Mile.

On Monday, our friends at Swartz Culleton are holding a phone bank to offer our viewers legal advice.

With more are Brandon Swartz and Chris Culleton.
