Suspects Sought In Robbery Of Olney Burger King
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for two armed suspects who were caught on tape robbing a fast food restaurant in Olney.
The robbery happened at about 8 p.m. on June 5th at the Burger King restaurant located in the 100 block of Olney Avenue.
As the suspects entered the restaurant, the video shows one of the suspects pointing a handgun at an employee who was working the front counter.
The second suspect then jumped over the counter and demanded money from another employee. The suspect then reached into a register and removed an unknown amount of cash. The suspects then fled on foot in the area of Front and Granger Streets.
No employees were injured during the robbery.

The first suspect is described as a black male, with a dark complexion, approximately 20-years-of-age and 5'6". He had plaits or braided hair and was wearing a white shirt with a red baseball cap and he was armed with a silver and black handgun.
The second suspect is described as a black male, with a light complexion, medium build and approximately 20-years-of-age. He was wearing a white "T" shirt and a blue baseball cap.
